ReviewBoost is designed to help businesses collect authentic reviews from their real customers. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with Google's review policies - which prohibit incentivised reviews, fake reviews, and reviews from non-customers. Zeptrix Labs does not auto-post reviews on behalf of customers; every review must be initiated, edited, and submitted by the customer themselves. Misuse of the tool to violate Google's policies is solely the user's responsibility.
