Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern your use of the Zeptrix Labs website and the SaaS products we operate. By using our services you agree to these terms. Effective from 1 May 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing zeptrixlabs.com or any product we operate (ReviewBoost, DigiMenu, VastuMaps), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Services we provide

Zeptrix Labs offers (a) custom software, web, app, and marketing engagements delivered under separately signed statements of work, and (b) self-serve SaaS products billed via monthly or one-time plans. Specifics for each product - including pricing, plan limits, and feature availability - are described on the respective product pages.

3. Accounts & security

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You may not share an account between multiple unrelated businesses.
  • You must notify us immediately at hello@zeptrixlabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
  • Use ReviewBoost to publish false or misleading reviews on Google or any other platform.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the security of our products.
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property or violates Indian law.
  • Resell access to our SaaS products without a written agreement.

5. Payments, plans & refunds

  • Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, or where a clear product defect is acknowledged in writing by Zeptrix Labs within 7 days of the charge.
  • One-time plans (e.g. a single VastuMaps house plan) are final-sale after the plan has been generated.
  • Applicable GST is added at checkout where required.

6. Intellectual property

All software, designs, copy, and branding on zeptrixlabs.com and inside our products are owned by Zeptrix Labs or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services for your business while your account is active. Content you create inside the products (your menu, your reviews, your floor plans) remains owned by you.

7. Availability & warranties

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Scheduled maintenance windows will be notified in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeptrix Labs's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit or business goodwill.

9. Termination

You can terminate by cancelling your account. We may terminate or suspend accounts that breach these terms, violate the acceptable-use policy, or repeatedly fail payment. On termination your data will be retained per the retention policy in the Privacy Policy before being permanently deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
