Zeptrix Labs is a small SaaS product studio in Pilani, Rajasthan. A standard marketing or business website ships in 2-4 weeks. A full web application with custom backend, authentication, and admin tools typically takes 6-10 weeks. You receive a week-by-week plan before any work starts so you always know what is being built and when.

Yes. We build cross-platform apps using React Native and Flutter that ship to both iOS and Android from a single codebase. For web-first products we often start with a mobile-first responsive web app, which works in any phone's browser without requiring an install.

Our default stack is Next.js + React for the frontend, Supabase (Postgres) for backend and authentication, and a global edge CDN for hosting. For mobile we use React Native or Flutter. For AI features we integrate OpenAI, Groq, and Gemini depending on cost and latency.

Yes. Most clients move onto a monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance, small feature additions, and performance monitoring once the initial build is live. Retainers are flexible and can be paused or scaled as needed.

Yes. For custom builds, full source-code ownership transfers to you on final payment. You receive the GitHub repo, deployment documentation, and credentials for every service used. No vendor lock-in.

ReviewBoost is a QR-powered Google-review engine. Customers scan your QR poster, tap what they liked, rate the experience, and get an AI-drafted review they can copy to Google in one tap. 1-2 star ratings are routed to a private feedback inbox so unhappy customers never accidentally go public.

Yes. ReviewBoost never auto-posts reviews on the customer's behalf. The customer is shown an AI-drafted review they can edit and choose to copy to Google manually. We do not incentivise or fabricate reviews - the only role of the AI is to help customers articulate what they already think.

The AI drafts review variants in English, Hindi (Roman script), Hinglish, and a mixed style. We are adding more Indian languages based on customer demand.

DigiMenu replaces printed menus with one QR code per table. Guests scan, browse the menu with a veg/non-veg filter, build an order, and send it to your restaurant's WhatsApp number. No app install for diners, no kitchen tablet for staff, and menus can be edited or AI-generated in seconds.

No. The menu opens in any phone's browser when the customer scans the table QR. The order is then sent via WhatsApp, which most Indian customers already have installed. Zero friction for the guest.

Yes. Add, edit, or hide items from the admin dashboard. Changes go live instantly - no reprinting menus when prices change or a dish goes out of stock for the evening.

Paste a short description of your restaurant (cuisine, vibe, signature dishes) and the AI drafts 4-6 categories with 18-24 items - names, descriptions, and realistic prices - that respect your veg/non-veg setting. You can then edit, hide, or replace anything before going live.

A single onboarding form sets up your hotel, generates N unique QR posters (one per table, printable 1080x1620 PNGs), and your admin dashboard. Most restaurants are live within an hour of onboarding.

VastuMaps is an AI-based house-planning tool that drafts home floor plans according to Vastu Shastra principles. You enter plot dimensions, gate direction, room requirements, parking needs, and lawn preference, and the AI generates a Vastu-aligned plan that you can refine and export as PDF.

Two plans. Architects, builders, and Vastu consultants can subscribe at ₹2,999 per month for up to 10 house plans monthly. Individual homeowners can buy a single plan for ₹499 which includes one house plan and up to 10 PDF downloads of the final design.

Up to 5 times per project. This is enough to refine the layout based on Vastu inputs while keeping the cost model sustainable. Once you finalise a design you can export it as a print-ready PDF.

VastuMaps is in design and early development as of mid-2026. You can reserve early access by messaging us on WhatsApp or filling the form on the Contact page. Early-access customers get a discounted launch rate.

For Indian customers: UPI, net banking, and major credit/debit cards. For custom-project clients in India we also accept direct bank transfer. International clients can pay via wire transfer or Stripe.

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law or where a clear product defect is acknowledged in writing within 7 days of the charge. One-time plans are final-sale after the product has been generated. See the Terms & Conditions for the complete refund policy.

Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. You retain access for the rest of the paid billing period and no further charges are made.
