Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how Zeptrix Labs collects, uses, stores, and protects your information across zeptrixlabs.com and the SaaS products we operate. Effective from 1 May 2026.

1. Who we are

Zeptrix Labs is a software product studio based in Pilani, Rajasthan, India. We operate this website and three SaaS products - ReviewBoost (QR-powered Google reviews), DigiMenu (QR menus + WhatsApp ordering), and VastuMaps (Vastu-aligned house planning). 2. What we collect

We only collect what we genuinely need to run the service and stay in touch with you.

  • Contact details you submit on the website or in WhatsApp - name, email, phone number, business name, message content.
  • Account data for SaaS products - email, password (hashed), business profile, and content you create inside the product (menu items, review settings, floor-plan inputs, etc.).
  • Usage data - anonymous page-views, browser type, device, and rough geographic region, captured through standard web analytics. We do not build behavioural advertising profiles.
  • Payment metadata - if you subscribe, our payment processor handles card details directly; we only see status (paid / failed) and the last four digits of the card.
  • Cookies - strictly necessary cookies for authentication, plus optional analytics cookies you can decline.

3. How we use it

  • To deliver the product or service you signed up for.
  • To reply to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To improve our products through aggregated, anonymised usage analysis.
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, plan-expiry reminders). Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in.
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations applicable in India.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share limited data only with:

  • Hosting & infrastructure providers - to run the website and SaaS products on a secure cloud platform.
  • Payment processors - to handle billing.
  • AI providers (e.g. OpenAI / Groq) - only when AI features are used; prompts are not used by them to train models per their commercial agreements.
  • Communication tools - email service providers and WhatsApp, for the messages you initiate or expect.
  • Legal authorities - only if compelled by valid Indian legal process.

5. How long we keep it

Account and product data is retained as long as your account is active. After cancellation we retain core account data for up to 24 months for tax and audit purposes, then it is permanently deleted. Anonymous analytics data is retained indefinitely.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, write to hello@zeptrixlabs.com from the email address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the products evolve. The "Effective from" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
